Membership and Borrowing Privileges

Permanent residents of Israel aged 16 and up may borrow materials free of charge. Members may borrow:

• Up to four books for a period of three weeks.
• Up to three periodicals for a period of three weeks. The periodicals may be borrowed three months after their publication date.
• Up to two videos or DVDs for a period of seven days.

In most cases, the materials may be renewed by telephone or email.

Non-members are welcome to use the Center but may not borrow materials.

The IRC offers free internet service, with some restrictions.
