Tel Aviv Federal Benefits Unit will no longer be accepting SS-5’s (Social Security Number applications) from people who reside outside of our consular district, as of April 1, 2008. If you reside in the municipality of Jerusalem, the West Bank or Gaza, please apply at the U.S. Consulate General Jerusalem (http://jerusalem.usconsulate.gov).
Public Hours:
Walk in Service: Tuesday through Friday, from 9 to 12 p.m., closed the last Friday of the month
Telephone Service: Tuesday and Thursday, 9 to 11 a.m.
Please note that we are closed the last Friday of every month, as well as U.S. and Israeli Holidays.
